Associate Creative Director
2008-2010

Misty Bell Stiers, Associate Creative Director With Roundarch Said:

Victor is one of those people who do not just work a job, but attend a vocation. He is passionate about his work and his attitude cannot help but be contagious. He is detailed oriented, while all the while managing to keep the big picture firmly in place. His work regularly goes beyond the capacity of what is asked, consistently pushing against the flat standard and providing a thoughtful and customized solution. He is an inspiring colleague, a generous collaborator, a patient mentor and a straight-up good guy. I have been lucky to work with him, and without a doubt have become a better designer because of him.

Art Director
2005-2006

Michael Ferdman, Owner of Firstborn Multimedia Said:

When Borders approached us to create an interactive campaign on the heels of the Giftmixer 3000, (the site we created with CP+B in 2004) we put Victor Brunetti, our lead Art Director up to the test. The site was to be based on the in-store campaign by Robert Sabuda, a children’s author famous for his elaborate pop-up books.

Based off this idea, Victor designed a site that was not only on brand with the in-store campaign, it was an immersive and interactive experience for the user.

The following year, Borders came to us once again with the same task. This time, however, they wanted to explore the idea of Santa Claus in the 21st century.

Victor was asked to do it again and like a true professional artist he was ready. He focused on creating an intriguing way to choose a gift for loved one that was thoroughly modern. The idea?- A Borders chat feature. By taking something that every online user is familiar with (Instant Messenger, MSN, etc.) he created a Borders chat module where characters (supporting the in-store campaign, of course) would ask questions and then present the user with the perfect gift for a loved one.

Being tasked two years in a row to develop a unique concept for the same brand (with the same end goal in mind – to sell gifts) is not something any designer could handle. With these two projects, Victor showed his ability to not only come up with unique concepts, but to design a site that complemented an existing campaign. Keeping user experience in the forefront, he was able to create a site that both aesthetically pleasing along with being functional enough where the user could find the perfect gift to purchase.

Victors wonderful gift of creativity is in deed special but there are many creative people to choose from, what needs to be clear that his enthusiasm and desire to be great complete the package. He has a very bright future ahead of him.

Flash Developer
2003-2004

Mat Mejia, Sr. Art Director of DNA Studio Said:

As the former Sr. Art Director of DNA Studio, from 2001 to 2005, I had the pleasure of working with Victor on a number of outstanding projects which include websites for Universal Studios, Chevrolet, Coca-Cola, and Sony. In the midst of the chaos and typical a high-preassure atmosphere he always kept his cool and was able to deliver stunning work. I hired Victor originally because I was really impressed with his knowledge of flash and his animation skills in particular, but soon after he arrived we realized he was very passionate about all things design related and took a lot of initiative to be involved with all design related discussions. By the time he was ready to head back to the east coast we were using him regularly as a flash developer and at a senior designer / art director capacity.

Victor has a great energy about him which can be infectious and great for all team based creative situations. I’ve been in the industry for a little over ten years now and have realized that there are two types of designers. You have the 9 to 5 designers that consider design an occupation, then you have people like Victor who go home and work on their personal projects as soon as they get off of work for the simple love for what they do. You really can’t go wrong if you’re able to distinguish the two.

Victor possesses a positive attitude, great communication skills, and acceptional creative thinking and design execution. I’d love to have him back.
