Similar problem, I’ve been waiting for 2 months for the replacement watch bands for my phosphor watch. They have charged my credit card but, after a half dozen emails, several phone calls to their phone number that just puts you to voicemail, I’m still waiting on my watch bands. Hopefully they will show up in 3 months like yours.

Whoa, sorry I didn’t see this until now! Thanks a ton for the support and the shoutout.

True, the banking industry itself doesn’t generate passion. It can be dry as toast. But it becomes fascinating when you flip it around and picture it as simply people and their money. For better or worse, it’s central to how we make our lives happen. So if we can create a service that helps people with this flow instead of getting in their way, that can only lead to good things.

Stay tuned over the next few months. It should begin to get a lot more real. :)
